Sublimation Printing
Being wholesaler wasn’t enough for us so we invested in our own roll-to-roll dye sublimation printing machines. Today our capacity can reach up to 5000 meters per day making us very competitive in terms of price and production time.
Going from fabrics for casual and official dresses to fabrics for sportswear and streetwear our collection include more than 50 articles. Among them you can find georgette, chiffon, satin, bistretch, scuba, crepe, fabrics for gymwear, swimwear, leggings etc.
Our proccess
STEP 1: Conception
We can guide you in the selection of the best fabric that suits your needs and the style you want to create.
STEP 2: Design
Our team of designers can help you create the perfect print for you by receiving tips, elements and atmosphere from you perfectly designed fabric.
STEP 3: Sampling
In order to verify the colors, size and shape of the created file we print a sample we deliver to you.
STEP 4: Production process
Once the sample is approved we start the production process. It is different for the sublimation printing and for the inkjet digital printing.
STEP 5: Post-treatment
This process is used for to increase the color fastness and the softness of the fabrics but can also be used to treat the fabric for antistatic electricity, fast burning or water resistance.
STEP 6: Quality control
Thanks to our two quality control machines we can do quality control on all the meters we ship to our clients.
STEP 7: Packaging
In order to protect your fabrics during transport and stockage we pack all the rolls in recycled polyethylene nylon.
STEP 8: Shipment
Once your production is ready and packed we can organize for you the shipment of your fabrics all over the world.
